Best Exercise Schedule For Beginners






  • I followed this schedule for 2 months and i could not believe the transformation that it brought in me.
  • Lost fat and became muscular.
  • According to it, we have to do, 3 days weight training and 2 days cardio exercise (Cycling and Treadmill)
  • Maximum time to do work out i followed is 45minutes for weight training and 30minutes for cardio exercise.
